JCN Bolig shall build 62 family apartments in 4-storey apartment blocks. The project comprises a gross total area of 5,300 m2. The façades are staggered and varying, so that the development gains an attractive and dynamic look.
The project is developed by JCN Bolig together with Arkitema Architects and SWECO Ingeniører, and is being built as a turnkey project in collaboration with a German investor.
The development consists of brick façades with wood/aluminium, windows, large balconies with coloured parapets and flat roofs with individual terraces. The apartments vary in size from 54 m2 to 128 m2, executed in high-quality materials and furnishing and fittings.
The project is part of the overall Åbyen project, built on the former road haulage centre where JCN Bolig is building a total of 830 homes.
