JCN Bolig has extensive experience in building student housing, and we always build through trust and a good collaboration between developers, end investors and consultants.

The building of student apartments often provides the opportunity to incorporate industrial solutions. Especially in linking the traditional tradesmen services and an industrial approach to building, which JCN Bolig excels at. This provides us with the possibility of thinking innovatively and incorporating our extensive experience from our industrial partners – both inside and outside the construction industry.

We have executed several student housing projects. Both with our own projects and with main contracts that we have won. Without a doubt the price has to be right. But so does the solution proposal. We do not supply student apartment executed as poor discount versions. We supply student housing that is innovative in construction. We have achieved overall results by combining new solution methods with a great deal of focus on costs.

Our ambitious goal is to make a difference as specialists in B2B housing construction. We have achieved that goal on two fronts: The actual construction. And by including young people in the construction when we build student housing.

We believe that you cannot build student housing – homes for students – without also taking responsibility and educating young people. So far, we have trained over 200 apprentices in the building trade. In addition, we involve social groups in projects, which can result in a new start in their lives.
