Multi-storey apartment blocks
Renovation of three run-down commercial buildings and the building of a residential complex comprising of 146 apartments. This is the second development built by JCN Bolig for PKA Pension in Aarhus.
A turnkey contract, which JCN Bolig developed in collaboration with architect firm Luplau & Poulsen. In total, 13,900 m2 with associated underground car park.
The project has been devised with the intention of using prefabricated construction, at the same time the buildings are of a high quality with an attractive architectural look. Prefabricated bathroom units, balconies, stairways and concrete elements are used.
