Multi-storey apartment blocks
A demonstration project for JCN Bolig, that both marked its dominance in East Jutland and a strategic focus on residential building. In addition, it was the beginning of an excellent collaboration PKA Pension as the developer.
Five apartment blocks with a total of 87 apartments – a total of 8,000 m2 of develop-
ment. The project’s starting point was a uniform solution for all of the apartments, which ensured a good approach to the development and a guarantee of quality for the developer. Well-proven solutions were delivered throughout the building process.
The project was executed on the basis of the JCN Bolig philosophy that the building
should be complete one month before handover to ensure an excellent and high-quality handover to the developer. The project also included two show apartments incorporated in the schedule, so the developer gained a unique opportunity to show the apartments with plenty of time before the handover of the whole development.
