Multi-storey apartment blocks - family apartments and social housing stock
The project comprised the building of 36 family apartments , 22 one-room apartments. A total area of 3,800 m2.
The development consists of three 4-storey apartment blocks. The apartment blocks have yellow brick façades, recessed balconies and flat roofs.
Each block also has a centrally positioned stairwell with an elevator. Green areas have been established around the buildings and there is parking space for 48 vehicles.
The project was built as the first of a national framework agreement between Domea and JCN Bolig.
