The project comprised the building of student 111 apartments with an associated columnal area of 4,360 m2.
The development is located centrally on Katrinebjerg, with a façade with Paludan Müllers Vej and with Storcenter Nord shopping centre as a neighbour. The interior design of the building is modern with student apartments placed around centrally positioned communal kitchens/public areas.
The project consists of a terrace building with four and five storeys with façades made from tiles with secondary areas on the terraces with wood cladding. Bicycle parking and other communal functions are established on the ground floor.
The project shall be certified in accordance with DGNB Gold.
