Multi-storey apartment blocks
Four apartment blocks built as a “stairwell” of 4-8 storeys with a total area of 13,000 m2 plus an underground car park for 115 vehicles.
This project for 164 family apartments was developed by Innovator in collaboration with NREP and built as a turnkey contract by JCN Bolig together with Årstiderne Arkitekter and Midtconsult.
The buildings are bricked with wooden/aluminium windows, have large balconies with glass safety barriers and flat roofs with roof terraces. The apartments are 57–112 m2, made from high quality materials and furniture and fittings.
The project is part of the overall Åbyen project, built on the former road haulage centre where JCN Bolig is building a total of 830 homes.
