JCN Bolig was the turnkey contractor for the holiday homes for this holiday centre. This is the third Lalandia holiday centre in Denmark. The project has taken a long time because of public authority licenses, etc. The developer had already chosen JCN Bolig from among 13 of the biggest operators in 2013.
JCN Bolig built 255 holiday homes of varying sizes – holiday homes for 4, 6 and 8 persons. The holiday homes are built using a light structure, with focus on the harsh West Jutland weather conditions that sometimes prevail. The local weather also has been crucial for the choice of erection methods, so that construction could be carried out all year round.
We are specialists in all forms of housing for B2B projects. This has enabled us to form a collaboration with the developer where all types of housing, forms of construction and general surfaces were tested. In addition, new partners entered the project and the developer changed. However, JCN Bolig’s role became bigger and by the completion of the holiday centre, JCN Bolig was the partner that had been there from the very beginning.
